Substantial investment in a fully
automated pre-treatment / powder coating line. The Nordson COLORMAX™ fast
colour change booth uses a unique touch screen control, PowderPilot™ with
remote monitoring including optimum gun to part distance/booth monitoring
as production is loading.
Each component to be painted is identified
as it is loaded. Then as it is entering the booth it passes through
a beam array and the gun settings and positions are automatically recalled
from the control.
