Greenfield’s introduction of work experience in 2014 gives young people aged 14 to 16 the opportunity to gain real-world experience of engineering in the workplace. The importance of having a future supply of young and enthusiastic people into the business is critical to our success. Providing the stepping stone of quality work experience to placements is one element of enabling students to make informed career decisions and ultimately to attract students into the exciting world of Engineering and / or Greenfield.
