Greenfield have upgraded its phone system introducing a new digital IP communication system.

“The primary use of our phone system is rapidly changing and now the introduction of new technology to the market has given us the ideal opportunity to change. Greenfield’s new system will be easy to access anywhere, which gives many operational advantages, but will also deliver significant cost savings to the business. This new infrastructure will also have the ability for future expansion which is important in a high tech fast moving sector. It is inevitable that our telephone traffic will increase with more reliance on communications. Teleconference calls to HD videoconferencing, coupled with online PDF file sharing functions from wherever you are working giving remote access to company data. Our sales and support teams are now either hot desking from customers locations or continually on the move seeing and working with end clients, flexibility is key to stay connected regardless of working location. It was increasingly important to carefully consider our customers’ needs as well as our own when embracing this new technology. The ability for our customer to talk to the right person whether from Sales, Design, Production was key to delivering and moving away from one point contact. Also the new 3CX system will enable routing calls via a mobile phone application linked directly as an extension of the office system creating and flexible and agile communications infrastructure which works hand in hand with the plans for the business”.
