Paul Dawe has been a valued employee of Greenfield Engineering since 1995 in which he joined to work on the newly formed powder coating department. At the time the painting process consisted of manual painting in nothing but a small booth and a box oven. We move on 23 years from then and we now have two high tech automated powder coating lines run by three skilled teams. During this time Paul has held several positions within the painting area passing on his knowledge to the younger members of the teams.

Paul however recently made the decision to hang his painting gun up for the last time saying “ It’s a younger man’s game” but before he bid farewell Simon Walker made a special presentation in which Paul was rewarded with a bottle of champagne and gift vouchers from all the directors as a reward for his hard work and dedication over the years.

Gary Burnard said ; “It’s been a pleasure to know and work alongside Paul over these last 23 years. He has been a loyal hard working member of staff and I wish him all the best in his semi-retirement as its well deserved. ”

On behalf of everyone at Greenfield we congratulate Paul and wish him all the very best for the future.
