Greenfield has made a significant move to enhance its production capabilities by introducing a fourth punch blanking machine, the EMZ 3612 MKII and automation ASIII MP 300 Tower Store.
After months of meticulous planning, the decision to increase capacity aims to ensure the new machinery is operational by the end of 2024. This expansion not only enhances Greenfield’s production capacity but also positions the company to drive increased sales and turnover. Greenfield is already in advanced discussions with several large manufacturing companies that require high-volume sheet metal products, paving the way for substantial new business opportunities throughout 2025.
Lee Harris, Production Manager, stated:
“Our journey with Amada and automation continues to evolve, and the results speak for themselves in the volume of products we deliver daily. Automation has become a cornerstone of our operations across both sites, enabling us to serve our customers efficiently and maintain minimal lead times in a market heavily driven by customer demand and responsiveness.”
