I joined Greenfield Engineering just over 12 years ago. The first 7.5 years was as the company’s Production Manager and more recently as the Operations Director, working closely with our Production Managers and Production Support Team on all internal issues such as: manufacturing, quality, health & safety, HR, maintenance and training requirements.
Previously, I worked for Princess Yachts in Plymouth for 25 years. The last 15 of which were spent in various leadership roles.
I am someone who leads by example. A natural communicator who is committed to developing cohesive teams by choosing the right people for each job and mentoring individuals to achieve their full potential in the workplace.
