We have several available positions for immediate start to join our busy powder coating lines on either shift. We are looking for hardworking operatives with a minimum of two years’ experience in powder coating.
The applicants must be able to apply powder to a high standard consistently on many different products. Including both small intricate components and large fabricated assemblies, in a variety of paint finishes.
You will also understand and follow the different cleaning and curing cycle times from the technical data sheets. In addition you will be expected to prepare products for painting as well as checking work for defects in the finishing before curing.
At times you must be able to take the necessary corrective action to overcoat products. At all times you must observe and follow documented safe working procedures (SOP’s) and all health & safety systems and instructions.
Finally making sure the plant and production areas are kept clean at all times, particularly at the end of the shift, maintaining our high level of house-keeping.
High standards of timekeeping and attendance are essential. You will be working within a team, but must be capable of being unsupervised.

07.30 – 14.00 (Dayshift)
Shift Attendance Allowance:
£20 per night
28 days (incl: bank holidays)

from £9.75/hr – Negotiable D.O.E
Potential progression to Team Leader
Rate of pay:
from £13.00/hr – Negotiable D.O.E
hourly rate + 1/3rd
