Our newest addition to its punching capacity range is the fully automated Amada EMZ3612 MKII turret punch, paired with the ASIII MP300 tower. This marks the introduction of the next generation of Amada’s EM electric turret punching technology.

The system features a powerful 30-ton dual servo electric motor punching mechanism and a 45-station turret for fast, automatic tool selection. Connected to the ASIII tower, it allows for material loading post-punching and efficient storage without disrupting production. The EMZ3612 MKII delivers high-speed, full-format processing with a tool capacity of 45, including a comprehensive tooling library that supports demanding programs, maximizing lights-out production.

The system also integrates the Amada ASULIII sheet tower, enabling unmanned sheet handling with a capacity of 3 tonnes per shelf. This tower efficiently unloads micro-joined skeleton sheets and stores raw materials. Its compact design ensures a minimal footprint, providing Greenfield with flexibility to meet clients’ needs.
