Our 7th turret punch installed, our 4th Amada EM3612 MII, a 30-tonne dual servo-electric punching machine.
2025
Wagner supplied state of the art powder application system with IPS Coating Centre with Smart Feeding Technology, S-Line & M-Cube booth with MonoiCyclone. TD Finishing supplied pretreatment and powder cure system with automatic x5 stage degrease and high temperature curing oven with automatic heat recovery control system. Henkel supplied automatic chemical dosing system with Bonderite chemicals and a STS Co2 Automated fire detection safety system.

Storemaster Master Tower Classic. A sheet metal storage system with electric crane vacuum technology. High-capacity drawers (up to 3,000 kg per level) with precise integrated safety block hinge lock, automatic drawer fixing in rest & working position, self-supporting pull-out runner walls with no floor contact, with a 40tn capacity.

Our first Timesavers 10 series. A manual machine with varied brushes that can take care of deburring, edge rounding, finishing, laser oxide removal, and heavy slag removal. The machines tabletop has a high friction surface to fix the parts during processing. Smaller parts are kept in place due to the integrated vacuum.

Our 6th turret punch installed, our 3rd Amada EM3612 MII, a 30-tonne dual servo-electric punching machine with an AS III MP tower and a PRIII part picker.

Our 3rd Amada TOGU-EU, automatic tool grinder with touch screen control. To maintain optimum sharpness and precision of punch and die tooling.

Our first Amada RBR-3i automatic bending cell. Robot arm running on a 6-axis linear track. 200 Kg payload with the ability to fold accurate large production runs of complex panels. Fully automatic unmanned productivity.

West Creative has been commissioned to redesign our company website, transforming it into a modern online platform that showcases the next phase of our corporate identity.

Our second-year reassessment of our Ecovadis sustainability rating in May 2025. We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Silver rating, which placed us in the top 15% of companies assessed globally. All in two consecutive years of assessments.

Our first Wagner supplied powder coating system. The Sprint 2 Expert with Digital Surface Optimizer (DSO) and the Quick-Link injector & patented Air Flow Control (AFC) technology.

New material handling equipment of four Toyota 02-8FGF30 forklift trucks. Gas mast specification, 4700mm FSV mast, with type Z4 LPG fuel system, premium cabin, and blue LED front & rear warning lights.

Our first electric tapping & countersink machine. A Tiger V series with variable depth control and capacity from M2-M27. The modular system has a series of seven quick-change gearbox planetary reducers which give different speeds with their correspondent torques.

Our first Timesavers 22 series. The 22 Series machine is a 900w with LW22-4kw wet dust extraction. Using an abrasive belt, flat metal products can be deburred with a consistent finish in one go.

We joined the Ecovadis sustainability rating platform in April 2024. In our first year, we achieved a bronze rating, which placed us in the top 35% of companies assessed globally.

Our 3rd Amada ATC Press-Brake with auto tool change installed. This is the first HG version for the business.

Reducing our carbon footprint further with a x600 PV solar panels & x2 100kw inverters, plus 204x LED vapour proof lights across the facility at site 2.
