Our latest expansion in punching capacity is the fully automated Amada EMZ3612 MKII turret punch, supported by the ASIII MP300 tower & PR III 300 P 3P SP. This investment introduces the next generation of Amada’s EM electric turret punching technology.

The machine operates with a 30-ton dual-servo electric drive and a 45-station turret, enabling rapid tool changes. When linked to the ASIII tower, the system manages post-punching material handling and organised storage without interrupting workflow.

The EMZ3612 MKII delivers high-speed, full-format processing with a 45-tool capacity and we have a well equipped and advanced tooling library across each site designed to handle complex programs and support extended unattended operation.

The cell also incorporates the Amada ASULIII sheet tower, which provides fully automated sheet handling with a load capacity of 3 tonnes per shelf. The PR III 300 P 3P SP three table part picker. Giving the material loading, removal & component stacking of punched parts ready for transfer to the bending process downstream. These both manage the unloading of micro-joined skeleton sheets and the storage of raw material in a compact layout.

This setup ensures an efficient footprint and gives Greenfield the flexibility to support a wide range of customer requirements.
