The cutting-edge Ventis-AJe series laser ensures virtually dross-free cutting across a wide range of materials and thicknesses, including stainless steel, aluminum, galvanised steel, copper, brass, and pre-coated steel. This remarkable precision is achieved through the advanced AMNC 4ie control system operating in kerf control mode, ensuring stable, high-speed processing over extended periods, even during unmanned automated operations.

Equipped with full ASLUL twin tower automation, the Ventis-AJe facilitates seamless, uninterrupted production through its advanced automated loading and unloading capabilities. The twin tower system boasts a substantial storage capacity, accommodating up to 17 pallet shelves with 3tn capacity on each. An innovative electric pallet change system minimises damage by preventing parts from falling and significantly reduces the risk of malfunctions within the cell.

This advanced setup enables end-to-end production, including overnight and weekend operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Greenfield’s customers.
