Our fibre laser cutting facilities offers our customers state of the art automated laser cutting processing using variable beam control technology.

This cutting edge innovation is made possible through the modulation of the laser beam as a function of sheet thickness and can process various thin gauges of material, including mild steel, galvanised steel, zintec, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass and pre-coated steel.

Similar to our CNC punching machines the laser is programmed via Amada’s VPSS Software and Logistics’ Order Manger software that is network-linked back to our central server and production planning shop floor tablets. It’s an efficient, cost effective and flexible system that helps us reduce our internal lead-time into other manufacturing processes. The Fibre lasers both have tower storage feed centres to increase productivity with Integrated fibre laser oscillator, automatic nozzle changer and 16 station and Variable beam control unit.
