Greenfield, in partnership with Amada, has set a new standard by maintaining a level of comprehensive consignment stock of consumables for our expanding list of blanking machines. This agreement between both parties setting up an “offsite” system location with Amada ensuring the immediate physical availability of essential replacement components for laser, punching, and automation equipment from our secure store at our Waldon Way site.
This strategy enables our maintenance department to deliver a rapid response to any machine downtime, with immediate access to consumable spare parts. As a result, we can significantly reduce potential disruptions, enhance operational flexibility, and strengthen overall productivity. All Amada supplied machines are supported by service contracts from new, with the added benefit of Amada VFactory data, IoT support for instant diagnostics.
