Over the course of the five-day audit, all operational systems were reviewed in detail. Over the past twelve months, we have transitioned these systems into a digital format, accessible via SharePoint, making them easier to use across the business. The audit confirmed how effectively these processes are embedded into our day-to-day operations and how well our employees engage with them.
