Greenfield is pleased to announce the installation of a Storemaster Master Tower Classic at our Waldon Way Site, this is an advanced sheet metal storage solution incorporating integrated electric crane vacuum handling technology. The system is designed to optimize the safe, efficient storage and retrieval of heavy sheet metal materials within a compact footprint.
Each storage level is equipped with high-capacity drawers capable of supporting loads of up to 3,000 kg per drawer. The drawers feature a precisely engineered, integrated safety block hinge locking mechanism, ensuring secure operation during both loading and unloading. Automatic drawer fixing is provided in both the rest and working positions, delivering consistent stability and controlled movement throughout operation.
The pull-out runner walls are fully self-supporting and engineered with no floor contact, reducing wear, simplifying installation, and maintaining clear floor space. This design supports smooth, reliable drawer extension even under maximum load conditions. The overall structure is engineered to accommodate a total system capacity of up to 40 tonnes, making it suitable for high-volume, heavy-duty industrial environments.
