Greenfield’s latest addition to its production facility is a Timesavers Series 10. This versatile machine features a rotating twin head that can be easily changed between a grinding disc and a brush. The range of brushes enables deburring, laser oxide removal, and edge rounding, which removes sharp or excessive edges from metal components.
The machine includes an integrated vacuum table to securely hold smaller parts in place. Designed specifically for sheet metal products that are to be coated or lacquered, edge rounding is critical as it improves coating adhesion. Edge rounding can be applied to the burr side only or to both sides, depending on requirements.
